Brilliant, capable professionals who looked confident on the outside…but inside, they were running on empty. They were told to “build resilience”, but no one explained what that actually meant. They were encouraged to “stay positive”, but it felt hollow when everything around them was uncertain.
I saw clients powering through burnout. I saw teams losing creativity because no one felt safe to speak up. I saw people surviving, not thriving.
I thought: “there has to be a better way.” So I started asking a new question.
Not “how do we bounce back?”
But: “how do we bounce forward?”
